"Honestly, I couldn't have written my personal statement without these weekly sessions. We worked through every draft together, with feedback almost straight away, and the guidance on how to structure it — and what to actually include — made all the difference. I came out so much more confident, and it saved me a huge amount of time and stress."

Tips & guidance for parents

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer a free trial or assessment?

Yes. Every student starts with a free, no-obligation assessment so we can understand your child's current level and needs, and recommend the right plan. There's no pressure to commit, and you don't need to bring anything special.

How do we get started?

Simply book a free assessment using the form on this page, or give us a call. We'll be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time.

What ages and levels do you cover?

We teach children aged 5 to 18 — from primary and SATs, through 11+ and GCSE, all the way to A-Level.

What subjects do you teach?

Maths and English are our core subjects (primary to A-Level). We also teach Economics at GCSE and A-Level, plus GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography and Computer Science — all as online one-to-one lessons — along with 11+ preparation. For university applicants, we also offer one-to-one personal statement tuition and TMUA preparation.

Do you help with university applications (personal statements & the TMUA)?

Yes. We offer expert one-to-one personal statement tuition — students we've supported have received offers from UCL, Cambridge, LSE and more — and one-to-one preparation for the TMUA (Test of Mathematics for University Admission), required or recommended for Economics, Maths and Computer Science at many top universities. Please contact us to discuss your child's needs.

Where are lessons held?

In-person lessons are held at Shenfield High School (Alexander Lane, Shenfield, Brentwood, CM15 8RY), one-to-one or in a small group. We also offer lessons online for students who prefer it.

Do you teach online or in person?

Both. Maths and English can be taught in person or online, one-to-one or in a small group. Our other GCSE subjects are taught as online one-to-one lessons.

How big are your group sizes?

Our groups are deliberately small — up to 6 students per group. This keeps lessons focused and means every child gets plenty of individual attention and makes faster progress.

How long is each lesson?

Each session at our centre is 60 minutes, with a mix of focused teaching, guided practice and feedback so every minute counts.

Do you follow the school curriculum?

Yes. Our teaching follows the national curriculum, so everything your child learns with us complements and reinforces what they are doing at school — while filling any gaps and stretching them further.

Ready to unlock your child's potential?

Book a free, no-obligation assessment. We'll be in touch within 24 hours.
